About Deal Nova

41 pet supplies products, pulled from Amazon and ranked by Deal Nova. A high average on very few ratings counts as weak evidence.

What we do

Day to day we do one thing: read what Amazon publishes about Pet Supplies, Home & Garden, Baby & Toddler, Kitchen & Dining, Beauty & Personal Care, Electronics & Accessories, Appliances, Cell Phones & Accessories, Tools & Home Improvement, Toys & Games and keep the items whose numbers hold. The link takes you to the listing itself, which is the only place the price is ever current. When two items are close on the numbers, the one that costs less goes first. The list is deliberately short — a page with everything on it is a page that has decided nothing.

What we don't do

We take no money from the brands on this site, accept no free product from them, and act on no request from them about what appears or in what order. And we don't run comparison tables built to make one item look like the only sensible choice. We also don't write in the voice of someone who has used the product, because we haven't.

How we make money

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. That is the whole business model: you pay Amazon's normal price, and Amazon passes us a small percentage. Because the percentage is much the same across items, it gives us nothing to gain by ranking one above another. It is a small share, and it is the only money this site takes from anyone. If the commission disappeared tomorrow the ordering on this page would not change.
